Costs

Tuition / course fees
Because the SVI is administered through The University of Iowa's Center for Credit Programs, participants are eligible for the low, in-state graduate tuition rate. Tuition for Summer 2008 follows:

2-credit graduate course $720
3-credit graduate course $1,080
Entire 9-credit SVI curriculum $3,239

The University of Iowa Cashier will bill you directly for your tuition / fees. All payments and receivables are handled by UI administrators, not the Denver Center for the Performing Arts.

In addition to tuition, lab fees will be assessed for all courses: Principles of Voice and Speech: $75; Intrumentation for Voice Analysis: $100; Voice Habilation: $50; Voice for the Performer: $25.

Books
The Principles of Voice Production course uses the textbook with the same title. It is available on-line through the NCVS Store. Books for the other courses will be announced by the instructors and / or stated on class syllabi.

Other costs
Other costs you should consideer for the SVI are -- of course --- for travel to Denver, accommodations for your stay in Denver, and meals.
