Jo Ellen Limberg-Carlson

JO ELLEN LIMBERG-CARLSON was born and raised in Glenwood City, Wisconsin, the third of four children of Dr. and Mrs. Philip Wade Limberg. She received her BMEd at UW-Madison in 1973.She then completed a MST-music from UW-Eau Claire in 1976. She played oboe/English horn with the Green Bay Symphony, 1976-78. Jo Ellen also studied Music and Spanish at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. She received a DMA-Oboe performance degree from The University of Iowa, in 1986. It was here that she teamed up with Into Titze in a recital. She has been raising three rambunctious boys since 1987.
